The brochure describes the hotel as a cross of Old West inns and European pensions. I would say that is an accurate description. Throughout the hotel you will find:
-antique furniture and art
-beveled leaded glass windows
-Victorian fret work
-redwood wainscoting
-stained glass skylights
The rooms are not very large at this hotel and the walls are not very thick. I would recommend that you don't plan on having a lot of privacy and peace and quiet in this hotel.
You might get a room that has four-poster brass or iron beds, oak, maple, or pine armoire antiques, white painted walls, pedestal sinks or antique wicker furniture. The hallways are lined with an incredible vine that goes on forever and ever.
